The multilingual jobsboard is designed to meet the needs of Mallorca and the rest of Europe.
Jobscliq is not a Jobs Board that advertises job offers for employers in the same way that a newspaper has job advertisements. Jobscliq is operated by an employment and recruitment Company, therefore requests by Candidates to apply for a Job and the Job offers themselves, are filtered for authenticity and appropriate content by a Team of employment and human resource consultants.
As a result the Jobscliq Jobs Board is designed specifically to support this method of working.
Employers can use the Registration facilities on the Jobs Board to Register as an Employer who wishes to advertise Job Offers, or contact Jobscliq directly, by phone or email and we will Register the Company as an Employer.
In order to advertise Jobs on the Jobs Board, an Employer must purchase some Service Units. Full details of the Tariffs are available here. The Jobscliq Team will discuss the Job Specification with the Employer and arrange that the Job is appropriately presented. Candidates that request to be put forward for the Job will be vetted and Sunsearch can assist with filtering and preliminary contact with Candidates to ensure that only appropriate Candidates are put forward to Employers.
Candidates must Register on the Jobs Board in order to request to be put forward for a Job, that is advertised on the Jobs Board. Candidates can also Register, irrespective of whether there is an immediate vacancy because they will be contacted automatically when a suitable vacancy arises, possibly even before the Job is advertised on the Jobs Board.
Jobscliq is specifically for Mallorca, it is designed to be used in the two native languages of the island - Catalan and Spanish - plus the two most widely spoken European languages on the island - English and German. This reflects the importance that the Team places on belonging to the local Mallorcan job scene and the fact that the most important types of job on Mallorca are those involved in the service sector - tourism, catering, administration and workshop - where fluency in these languages is important.
