Our fee structure is very simple as are the payment terms.
- A job seeker will NEVER be charged a fee by Sun Search Recruitment. Our services to job seekers are FREE of charge.
- Our fees to clients are 10% of the annual or seasonal salary agreed with the candidate plus IVA at the prevailing rate.
- The minimum fee is €600 plus IVA
- 50% of the fee is due on ordering the Recruitment Services. The remainig 50% to be paid within 7 days of the start date of the new employee.

Sun Search Recruitment offers a professional recruitment service. We interview all Majorca based staff and support companies when they begin their Mallorcan enterprises. 50% of the fee is payable immediately the order is placed for recruitment services and the remaining 50% within 7 days of the start date of the new employee.
We will only work with Companies that respect our terms and conditions and pay their invoices when due.
