SUNSEARCH RECRUITMENT UPDATE

Spring is in the air and there is hope that Mallorca will be open for Easter. Life in recruitment continues to be dire. Major attractions on the Island are cutting back on their staffing this year. Musicians are leaving here because some shows are resorting to backing tracks and dispensing with live musicians. The exodus continues as more and more face up to the fact that they will not get work here this season.
Sun Search is saddened by the reality of Mallorca in 2010 but we want to be honest. Please do not relocate here unless you have money to live on. Life is about taking chances but right now it would be foolish to think that there is work enough for everyone that wants it.
Mallorca will improve and life will change but it is unlikely to be this year so if you have work opportunities elsewhere then please take them.
Sun Search will start to operate again in the future when employers are looking once more for English speaking personnel. That is not the case at present with over 100,000 unemployed on this small island - but we are ever hopeful!
